Prenatal Yoga with teale
This four-week series is here to help you feel confident, connected, and ready for birth. Together, we’ll prepare your body, mind, and breath for labour, so you can walk into your birth feeling informed, calm, and deeply in tune with yourself.
Each week we’ll explore a new layer of birth preparation:
Week 1: Physiological Childbirth – Understand how your body is designed to birth and the powerful hormones that guide the process.
Week 2: Breath & Nervous System – Learn to use your breath to stay grounded, relaxed, and connected to your pelvic floor.
Week 3: Mindset & Meditation – Shift from fear to trust through affirmations, mindfulness, and empowering birth stories.
Week 4: Partner Support – Bring your birth partner along to learn hands-on tools for each stage of labour—so they can truly support and advocate for you.
You’ll leave each class with practical tools, a deeper understanding of your body, and the confidence to trust your instincts as you move toward birth.
Course Dates:
November 16th: 1:30pm-2:45pm
November 23rd: 1:30pm -2:45pm
December 7th: 1:30pm-2:45pm
December 14th: 1:30-3:00pm
You can purchase all 4 sessions for $150 or you can drop into any individual session for $35
