CURRICULUM:

History, principles, and theory of Yin Yoga
Foundational anatomy specific to Yin Yoga
Meridian lines and the Energetic Body 
Sequencing, modifications + variations of postures, adjustments + use of props
Meditation and Breathwork
Intro to the nervous system

You wish to explore stillness and silence within your own physical body and mind
(you do not have to be a teacher to take this training)

YIN YOGA Immersion & training WITH JESS YOUNG 

Jess’ curriculum focuses on postures and sequencing, highlighting practical teaching skills and the use of props. Each day of the training will include Yin Yoga practices, lectures, posture clinics, and teaching practicums. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of Yin Yoga and how to teach it. Jess will guide you through a safe, supportive, and mindful weekend; inviting time to explore and reflect internally. This intensive training is ideal for teachers and students alike, who wish to gain a greater understanding of the postures and sequencing that make up yin yoga.
